I'm a Organisational Culture specialist, and Board Trustee who advises C-suite, HR leaders and middle managers on governance policies and procedures for building truly inclusive workplaces. Through collaboration I help organisations refine and improve internal processes for employees, customers and growth. I hold a Master's postgraduate certificate in Corporate Governance and International Business Ethics, w/ International HR Management. As an advocate of the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), I'm interested in ways to embed this universal framework as a proven toolkit for organisational strategies. This passion led me to Suzy Lamplugh Trust - a world-leading expert and campaigner on Personal Safety. From 2018 to 2021, I advised key clients across industry sectors; co-developed and helped embed occupational health, safety and wellbeing policies and procedures for employees. Prior, I was an independent consultant commissioned to deliver a range of strategic projects. For example the UK Green Building Council (UKGBC) to re-launch a nationwide sustainability learning programme; Camden Council, on a complex regeneration-led Community Investment Programme; and Stanhope Plc, on a stakeholder audit for the investor-developer's sustainability policy. Previously, I built a track record in the creative and marketing services industry for over 10 years, developing client relationships for award-winning PR, strategic Branding and Communication agencies.
