I’ve lived and breathed almost every aspect of Music industry for over 20 years. Previously, I was the Director of Artist, Label and DSP Relations at Chartmetric, one of the fastest growing music analytics products. As a true team player with entrepreneurial spirit, I spend my free time continuing to find ways to empower artists through speaking at conferences, hosting workshops and in text via my self-published second book 'Work Hard Playlist Hard'. I’m also responsible for maintaining key relationships with Artists, Labels and DSP's including Amazon Music, Deezer, Pandora and Spotify. If I had longer than 30 seconds to tell you about myself I would share the following: Through years spent in all aspects of the music world, from originally being an artist myself to spearheading artist initiatives at the top music analytics company in the industry, I have built a deep knowledge of both current and new media as well as lasting relationships in the industry. I also have a longstanding passion for empowering artists through technology and have even authored several resources - including two bestselling books - educating artists on how to succeed in the digital age. I’ve been fortunate to work closely with the product, engineering, editorial and marketing teams at major labels and DSP’s including Spotify, Pandora, Beatport, Warner Music, Sony and Universal Records. In my roles as both a director and educator, I’ve often been a strong advocate for the many tools that are available to artists and their teams.
