I am a technical cultural strategist who propels organizational objectives to better a company’s diversity, inclusion, and belonging practices by enhancing access, equity, and people development programs. My background in engineering has provided me an uncommon and valuable insight into the unique challenges faced by engineering teams and organizations alike. As a distinguished change agent, I am known for developing informative and engaging trainings, workshops, and educational collateral surrounding leadership, anti-racism, unconscious bias, and diversity practices tailored to technology-driven environments. My career has been an amazing example of the many shifts a life can take. Throughout all my roles I have stayed consistent in my desire to mediate between business and digital fronts, as well as drive diversity and equity change through influence, education, collaboration, recruitment, and empowerment.
