We help companies develop their talent pipeline through government-backed apprenticeships. As a career development coach, I help people pursue careers they enjoy through intrapreneurship. Talent is the biggest commodity of any organisation. Helping individuals to see their potential and apply entrepreneurial skills in a role and organisation that aligns with their purpose can profoundly improve job satisfaction, build credibility, works wonders for self-confidence, and makes the organisation more productive and profitable. My coaching clients include corporations looking to offer Executive Coaching to their staff as well as individuals looking to switch careers, progress into senior management or enter the workforce for the first time. As a trainer, I host short courses and workshops ranging from developing a career strategy to preparing for Senior Management Interviews and getting ready for promotion. Finally, I have a YouTube channel providing ambitious professionals around the world with the tools and techniques they need to pursue careers of purpose.
