Hello, I'm Dr. Antony Michail, the COO and co-founder of easyStudies, a platform co-founded by Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou, the founder of easyJet. With over 20 years of experience, I also currently serve as the Managing Director and Senior Trainer at Think Growth Consulting. Throughout my career, I've been dedicated to consulting and advising businesses of all sizes on their business and marketing strategies, implementation, and overall company growth.I've navigated companies through various stages, from startup and survival to turnaround and growth. My expertise spans diverse industries, including education, food and beverage, fashion, IT, heating, consumer durables, building products and construction, and environmental services across the UK, South Africa, and Greece.As a consultant and senior marketing director, I've accumulated over 10.000 hours of lecturing and tutoring experience at institutions like StudySmart, University of Central Lancashire (UK), EEDE (Hellenic Management Association), and Anacalypsis Strategy & Marketing Consultants (South Africa). My focus has been on auditing marketing functions, developing and executing both online and offline marketing strategies, providing direction for future growth, new product development, brand storytelling, CRM strategy, media relations, effective budgeting, forecasting, and measurement.My expertise extends to integrated marketing communications, encompassing both offline and online strategies, and designing growth strategies across all business functions. I've authored articles on Marketing Audit and Strategy, recommended study resources for CIM students, and two books on GDPR and Digital Marketing Strategies for the Hotel industry.My academic journey includes a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, a Master of Arts (MA) degree in International Business from the University of Central Lancashire, a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Competitive Strategies from the University of Central Lancashire.
