I'm now a research scientist in industry, working on cutting edge computer vision.  Introducing Guest Teacher Derek Wan

I was formerly an instructor for the largest computer science course at the University of California, Berkeley, where I taught undergraduates for several years and won the Distinguished GSI (graduate student instructor) award . I am now a full-time software engineer working on experimentation platforms at a large tech company based in Cupertino, California. However, I'm still passionate about tech education and decided to start making Skillshare courses to get more people excited about coding!
