Alina Mahmood

I am a Building and Architectural Engineer by profession; with BSc. (Hons.) in Building and Architectural Engineering and MSc. (Hons.) in Engineering Management from University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore. I have ten plus years of professional field experience and seven plus years of academic experience of teaching at under graduate and graduate levels at my Alma Mater. During my career in the construction field I worked on prestigious projects ranging from infrastructure to interior design and construction. I have worked in the domains of Project Planning and Monitoring, Projects’ Resources Management, Contracts Management and Construction Health and Safety. I have taught subjects such as Building Materials & Construction, Construction Health and Safety and Building Information Modeling at under graduate and graduate levels. I have professional expertise in softwares such as Auto CAD, 3D Studio MAX, Primavera, MS Project, Microsoft Office Visio, ECOTECT, eQUEST, Revit and ETABS.I am a researcher and an entrepreneur. As the Managing Director of GreenWay Green Building Consultancy, I provide my clients with sustainable building solutions. Apart from my professional achievements, I am also an avid blogger as I love to write and a social activist.I believe that knowledge should be accessible to all, and that is why I am excited to be here on Udemy to share my expertise with a wider audience.
