Helping others achieve increased independence through learning and growing professionally is one of Alicia's passions.She holds many certifications - CompTIA A+, CompTIA Project+, CompTIA Network+, ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity, and the IBM Cybersecurity Analyst Professional Certification, to list only a few. She's held titles such as IM Director, Lead Developer, IT Analyst, and IT Architect, managing software engineering teams and participating in the engineering and architecting of solutions in multiple languages on a variety of platforms. Her IT Bachelor of Science major has been data analytics and data management.
