Hi !My name is Alan.I've been an Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant for about 20 years, specializing in Data Migration, Interfaces and Data Validation.  I have enthusiastically served as a Technical or Data Validation Lead on seven Oracle Upgrade or Implementation projects managing and coordinating Technical and Functional resources, both On-Shore and Off-Shore, as well as performing Roll-Up-the-Sleeves SQL and PL/SQL package design, coding and performance-tuning using SQL Developer or TOAD.One of my passions is Performance-Tuning as you will discover in my "PL/SQL Data Validation" course in which the Data Validation demo processes six validations for each of 1000 records in less than one second.(And, I am going to show you how to do that).Projects have included the U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and many large commercial clients.Business Process Analysis, detailed functional documentation and detailed Visio Professional Process Flows are all tightly integrated into these Data Migration efforts.
