Dr Aklak Choudhury

Clinical Director for Quality Improvement and a Respiratory Consultant at University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust.Recently completed my MSc in Medical education and my research focuses on understanding better how staff can practice continuous improvement in healthcare environments.I am an Associate Editor for BMJ Open Quality. QSIR Associate QI Kata Coach.Member of RCPQI supporting the Royal College in the Medical Care Driving Change Programme. I am also a Q Community member.I have mentored trainee QI programmes and delivered many virtual and face to face educational QI workshops locally and nationally.
