I am a certified Salesforce Consultant and Administrator. I've been working with Salesforce for over a year now and now work as a Consultant to one of the Big4 companies. I have a non-tech background and Salesforce is my first technical job. I know for sure it is possible to learn and work with it even if you do not have special education. Recently I have built my portfolio on Experience Cloud first following the trailhead. While I was doing it, I found many creative and fun ways to improve it, such as adding an Einstein bot or using the Knowledge articles for example.
