Hi! My name is Aisha (pronounced EYE-sha).
On top of being a Mom to two super amazing tiny human beings (Jaida 9, John Arthur 3) I'm a graphic designer and instructional designer.
I went to school for graphic design and have been designing and creating all kinds of whatnots for well over 20 years. I love graphic design, but more importantly, I really LOVE that I get the weekly opportunity to bring my passion for design to the work I do AND earn a good living that helps support my family in the process.
It's fun and for that I am thankful.
Speaking of gratitude and things I love, about 12 years ago I was introduced into the world of mind mapping through a teacher at the time who I still to this day admire.
What I learned in her classes expanded my mind in so many ways! One of the things she taught me was a whole new way of problem-solving, brainstorming, and creativity through a process called "mind mapping,"
How amazing this newfound tool was!
No longer was I tethered to a singular, linear way of thought! Instead of being trapped, my mind was allowed to roam free. To think radiantly. And to explore new realms beyond the hierarchy of tradition.
Since learning this invaluable technique I've created hundreds of mind maps.
Mind maps of to-do lists. Mind maps to help me get unstuck, brainstorm ideas, and come to a clear understanding of a project I'm working on. And, even mind maps to better communicate with my co-workers' minute details of pending work.
Over the years I've created mind maps for everything. It's something that I'm naturally passionate about.
Not do I love mind mapping, but I have also found the process of creating mind maps to be incredibly useful. So useful that, in January of 2017 I started teaching people just like you how to think radiantly and free their minds into this new realm of thinking just as another had taught me years before.
It is with this gratitude, passion, and years of experience that I bring you all of the classes that are listed below. Please watch them. Leave honest reviews. And upload what you've created in the Class Projects section of each course.
And, of course, happy mind mapping!
:D Aisha
