Hi there, I'm Aditya Deshpande! I specialize in the exciting field of electric vehicle (EV) battery pack design and thermal management systems. I've honed my skills through various technical and leadership roles and directed the development of innovative solutions for EV battery systems.I've also designed complex battery pack components and used advanced analysis techniques to optimize weight, cost, and thermal performance designs. All of this experience has given me a deep understanding of the battery pack development process.Alongside my work, I've been pursuing higher education to strengthen my technical knowledge and strategic management skills. I hold an MS in Mechanical Engineering and am working towards an MBA.But now, I'm thrilled to take on a new role as an educator and I can't wait to share my knowledge with you.
