Hello My name is Drew Bridewell. Host of Next Level UX. Head of Product and Design at GrowthDay. I'm currently the founder of Next Level UX a coaching and development platform for UX Strivers. I host Practical UX Weekly on LinkedIn Learning, have coached at the Stanford D School, previously at Facebook, InVision, LinkedIn, Lynda.com and I currently lead product and design at GrowthDay.
I look forward to meeting you.
About Next Level UX:
We've built and designed 3 core experiences for the program.
1. Mapping to Learn - A creative and systematic way of understanding complexity in product development.
I'd recommend knocking this out 4 weeks (Pairing available with Action Planning)
2. Action Planning - A integrated and formula-based program to help you action plan in your life. It will help you with getting clarity on what matters most to you so you can achieve another level of performance and demonstrate role model behaviors.
With Action planning, you'll also create goals, get motivated, and hit your milestones with joy. This is going to be an exciting 3 months and I'm pumped to get a chance to coach you.
3. Career Coaching and Development - Applying 12 highly impactful career focus areas for a 12-week program that accelerates your mission to get to your next level in a career in product design, engineering, and Product Management.

Previously, I was a Senior Design Specialist at InVision where my primary focus was to work as a strategic partner to InVision's customers to help elevate and empower design teams, and organizations of the power of design through mentoring, consulting, deep dive workshops, and talks.
