Starting out as an electrical maintenance engineer at a steel plant, he has since acquired valuable experience in consulting, construction, and building maintenance. He also had the opportunity to be involved in development projects.In the course of his career, he has worked on and headed various technical teams His work allowed him a great opportunity to experience first hand how habits affect the work culture of various organisation.He has conducted trainings and given talks on electrical engineering, safety, and excellent work habits.
