Hi, we are Maxim & Olivier Leirman, twins, best friends, and both  on a mission to transform the world into a more epic and enjoyable place. We graduated in Business Economics at the KU Leuven University and worked as Freelance Business Designers since 2015. Until now, we've written strategies that raised more than 1.5 million euros in seed funding for several start-up projects.In the past, we were fairly addicted to video games often playing for 14-hours a day. In 2017, we wondered why games are so engaging and what we can learn from this to increase business value.Understanding how motivation and behavior really works, is KEY for this to happen. While motivation is one of the most researched topics out there, there is not a single model available on the market that helps us think about our core motivational drivers when designing products, campaigns, and environments for human beings. (Like the Business Model Canvas helps business designers think about innovative business models)After obtaining more than 14 certificates, reading many academic papers, and getting insights from 300+ books in multiple knowledge domains, we developed an easy-to-use framework that changes the way we design things based on scientific evidence. It helps you create engaging experiences and deliver products, campaigns, and workplaces that people enjoy.
