      The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) went into effect in 2018, and is the toughest privacy and security law in the world. The GDPR gives individuals the right to request deletion of their personal data - also known as the ‘right to be forgotten.’

      The GDPR has set a new standard for data privacy and is often used as a guideline, even for organizations operating outside of the EU.

      In this course, GDPR and Privacy Compliance with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you’ll learn how to implement best practices for managing customer data.
