    Annie Jean-Baptiste is a business disruptor who balances the business and human case for inclusion. She's the co-founder of Product Inclusion & Equity and the author of Building for Everyone, the first book about building inclusive products across the intersections of  12 dimensions of diversity. As the co-founder and head of product inclusion & equity at Google, she leads Product Inclusion strategy across the company. Since the movement started in 2015, companies across tech and beyond have realized the benefit of prioritizing equity in design across multiple dimensions of diversity. Previously, she led Diversity strategy across some of Google's largest product areas. She formerly serves as an intrapreneur in residence at the University Pennsylvania's Graduate School of Education, a member of both the CTA Health Equity and Access Leadership (HEAL) Coalition and sits on the IEEE's Executive committee. She’s also been covered in Vogue, Essence Magazine, Business Insider, Teen Vogue, MSNBC, CNBC, ABC, Cheddar, Business Insider, the Huffington Post, the Root, the Council of Fashion Designers of America Annual Report, The Miami Times, Boston Globe and Fortune Magazine.
