About Employee EngagementLearn More
In organizational behavior and industrial and organizational psychology, organizational commitment is a person's psychological dependence on the organization. Organizational scientists have also provided many different definitions of organizational commitment and several scales to measure them. An example of this model is Meyer and Allen's commitment model, which was prepared to combine several definitions of commitment that have been reproduced in the literature.
