I am the principal of Communilogue, an empathy consulting firm. I'm an international keynote speaker and a subject matter expert on communicating with empathy. A lifelong stutterer, I use my speech impediment to teach what empathy is, why empathy fails and everyday empathy actions that improve team collaboration. I've spoken at companies on improving team communication and collaboration; at conferences on vulnerability as an asset; and has given a TEDx talk on empowering insecurities. My corporate empathy practice teaches organizations how to build cultures of empathy from the ground up. I facilitate conversations around how individuals can be better empaths in the office and in life in general. I teach audiences how to attain the empathy mindset needed to connect. I've inspired over 400,000 people around the world with my keynotes, seminars and workshops.  My course Communicating with Empathy is available on both LinkedIn Learning and Lynda.com. And my ebook "Empathy at Work" is available in the O'Reilly Media, Inc. library.
