About the Author
Marc-Oliver Pleinert is currently working as a postdoctoral researcher at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universitt Erlangen-Nrnberg (FAU), Germany, and as scientific coordinator of the Collaborative Research Centre Transregio TRR 306 QuCoLiMa Quantum Cooperativity of Light and Matter. At FAU, he works in the group Quantum Optics & Quantum Information (QOQI) led by Prof. Dr. Joachim von Zanthier. He received his Ph.D. degree in the QOQI group in 2021, for which he received the Ohm-Preis of the Physics Department, FAU. During his doctoral studies, he was supported by the Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes and a member of the International Max Planck Research School (IMPRS): Physics of Light. In 2019, he was elected to participate as Young Researcher at the Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting dedicated to Physics. His research focuses on tests of quantum theory using multi-particle correlations.
