She has been active in the software industry 20 years and her background and experience spans a slew of technologies and tools used in the development and operation of enterprise products and services. Melissa is a mom, software developer, Java geek, huge promoter of Java UNconferences, and is always on the lookout for ways to grow, learn, and improve development processes.
