Diversity Across Generations: Supporting Workplace Inclusion

I'm a versatile and highly sought after professional speaker, consultant, and trainer with a passion for helping people and organizations be the best they can be. I have proven expertise in work and life transitions and change, organizational management/development, transformative communication, diversity and inclusion, employee development, and workplace wellness. My unique skill set enables me to easily identify and remove roadblocks by improving organizational structure and communication to optimize individual and team performance and achieve objectives. I have served as a keynote speaker, presenter, and trainer for numerous educational, health, and social justice organizations throughout my career. I'm particularly proud of my ability to help people successfully and gracefully transition to something new - a new way of: showing up for work; a promotion; a new job; or even a new career. I have been selected by Madecraft’s content acquisition team as a subject matter expert in feedback and multigenerational diversity. As a result of our collaboration, I am the author of two LinkedIn Learning full-length video trainings: "Diversity Across Generation" and "Leadership Through Feedback". My mission is simple - I seek out feedback, expertise, and experiences that allow me to access the best in me, and then help others do the same. To bring out the best in others, I utilize the skills and experiences I've accumulated teaching and working in the fields of education, health, business, and technology over the last 30 years.
