    Cisco Prime Collaboration allows administrators to easily provision users, phones, and policy across CUCM, Unity Connection, and Presence servers. This course will demonstrate how to use Prime to simplify collaboration management.

In this course, Deploying Cisco Prime Collaboration and Cisco TelePresence Management Server, you will understand how to configure and deploy users, endpoints, voicemail, and distribute policy, using Prime Collaboration. You will delve into real-world demonstrations walking you through the step-by-step configuration process so that you will be able to provide these services to your organization. First, you will learn how to configure Cisco Prime server to create users and endpoints. Next, you will discover how to deploy templates and policy using Cisco Prime, along with using Prime Assurance to troubleshoot SIP calls. Finally, you will explore how to provision SIP endpoints on Cisco VCS using Cisco TMS that will be able to send and receive calls to endpoints registered to Cisco Unified Communications Manager. When you are finished with this course, you will have the skills and knowledge needed to deploy endpoints, users, and policy using Cisco Prime Collaboration.
