The cybersecurity industry is one of the most rapidly-changing today, and practitioners needs to be able to keep up. Learning new skills and techniques is vital to staying up-to-date with trends that can make the difference between advancement in your career, or possibly missing out. Cybersecurity expert and USÂ Cyber Team CTFÂ Coach Jacob Elliott will lead you through lessons in common Capture-The-FlagÂ categories and explain challenges that you may encounter along the way. Jacob Elliott is a graduate of the University of North Georgia (B.S. Computer Science), Georgia Institute of Technology (M.S Computer Science), and the SANS Technology Institute (Applied Cybersecurity, Industrial Control System Security) and has spent years working professionally as a developer as well as a penetration tester, application security analyst, and much more. He has taught at the university level while also mentoring numerous students in cyber competitions and how they can supercharge their learning and abilities.
