Securing our cloud deployed resources is vital, but navigating through the myriad of different security choices can be challenging. In this course, CompTIA Cloud+ (CV0-004): Security, you’ll learn to work with cloud security best practices so you can configure a secure environment for your cloud deployments. First, you’ll explore identity and access management (IAM) and learn how it is used to provide delegated administrator access to your cloud services. Next, you’ll discover the skills needed to secure your data in the cloud before moving on to discuss network security. Finally, you’ll learn how to work with monitoring to identify attacks and how we can mitigate against them using security best practices. When you’re finished with this course, you’ll have the skills and knowledge of cloud security needed to be a productive member of a cloud security and compliance team and confidently approach the security questions in the CompTIA Cloud + (CV0-004) certification exam.
