    For current and future Scrum Masters, Product Owners and team members. In this course, you will master the Scrum framework, including its roles, events, artifacts, and values.

    Scrum is a lightweight framework that helps people, teams, and organizations generate value through adaptive solutions for complex problems. This course is structured to provide you with a complete understanding of Scrum and how it works.

    The Scrum Team creates a Product in Sprints. We will thoroughly discuss this statement throughout the course. You will learn about:

    1. the history of Scrum, its foundation, and the 3 empirical pillars that support it.

    2. The Scrum Team, its qualities, and the 5 values its members live by.

    3. The Product and the heartbeat of Scrum – the Sprint, as a container for all the work the Team does.

    4. 3 artifacts and commitments.

    5. The Product Owner role, the Product Backlog with the Product Goal, and the activity of Product Backlog Refinement.

    6. The Developers and the Scrum Master accountabilities.

    7. The Events (meetings) in Scrum, starting with the Sprint Planning event with the Sprint Backlog artifact and the Sprint Goal commitment.

In 2006, I became a Systems Analyst, documented technical specifications and requirements in the form of Use Cases by RUP.In 2009, I began to lead projects for software development, and then complex projects involving equipment deliveries and contractors for difficult government customers.Since 2014, I have managed an international distributed team for DeutscheBank UK. And in 2016, I managed projects for RaiffeisenBank.In 2017, I joined the Agile transformation of a lange bank with 10K IT personell in HQ. We adopted a variation of so-called "Spotify Model".Since 2018, I have managed a cross-functional IT department of over 100 people.In 2019, I was an official translator of Ken Schwaber's book "Agile Project management with Scrum".Since 2020, I have been working as a management consultant for banks and telecommunications companies.
