Prior to joining the executive search and talent management industry, Ms. Bowman held various positions within the management consulting industry. She worked as an independent general management and strategy consultant; served as Senior Director of Corporate Strategy for a management and technology consultancy; and consulted to Fortune 500 companies in the pharmaceutical and medical products industry as a Senior Manager with Accenture. Ms. Bowman holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Brown University. Nina received her coaching certification from the Georgetown Leadership Coaching Program. She is a member of the Institute of Coaching and the International Coach Federation.
