DescriptionHave you been hearing about cloud calling and want to know what it's all about? Did you know that Cisco, the company that has had the best Voice Over IP PBX out there also has a cloud calling platform? Webex Calling is Cisco's cloud offering for Voice over IP and telephony. Webex Calling is much simpler to configure and manage than Cisco Unified Communications Manager and there is no need to maintain servers or worry about upgrades. In this course, you will learn how to migrate users and phones to Webex Calling from an on-premise CUCM system. This will include adding users from an on-premise Active Directory server or from Microsoft Azure Active Directory. You will also learn about configuring users and devices as well as all of the Webex Calling features available, such as Auto Attendants and Hunt Groups. There will also be some more advanced topics to go over such as updating users in bulk and managing user data. Additionally, we will learn how to configure a local gateway for PSTN calling. This course is pretty in-depth so buckle up. If there are other topics that I have not gone over in this course please make some comments and let me know. I will work on updating or adding to the content.
