This course is intended to provide a basic overview of the three latest regulations: the Cybersecurity Law (CSL), which requires companies to protect important systems with security controls; the Data Security Law (DSL), which outlines data classification, data handling, and cross-border data transfer requirements; and the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), which enacted new data subject rights and data handler obligations.
