The captain suite seemed like a great tool for getting inspired and laying down ideas quickly and efficiently, the type of plugin that could really benefit an beginner/intermediate producer. I had put off integrating it into my workflow after finding it a bit overwhelming due to the multiple applications and abundance of options to tweak. This video series is the perfect aid to get over that initial hump and get the most out of the suite. I strongly recommend it to anyone who already grabbed the software on a whim, and still hasn't bothered to explore it's potential. I would also recommend it to anyone who's been getting slammed with YouTube adds from mixedinkey and wonders if it's worth the investment. Excellent instruction from the creator, great pacing and very informative. Definitely worth checking out other topics by Lawrence. Thanks a bunch.

This course is super comprehensive and a great way to learn how to construct chords if you’re not well versed in music theory. Not only that; this course makes you want to brush up on music theory, which in my opinion is an even bigger takeaway.
