In this course, Business Analysis: Working with Stakeholders Using Elicitation and Collaboration, you will learn how to obtain information to define needs and solutions as a business analyst while coordinating with a variety of stakeholders. First, you will go over the techniques at your disposal that will empower you to work effectively with stakeholders. Next, you will discover how to capture relevant information.
