Bullying is a complex psychosocial phenomenon that can be seen in schools all over the world. This phenomenon includes the deliberate and frequent aggression of students towards those of their peers who are mentally or physically weaker than them. This aggression remains stable over time and under the law of silence and dominance-submission plan.
