  • Description

Explore the implementation steps in deploying a Azure Virtual Desktop infrastructure in this course.

    What You'll Learn?

Now that you've explored the overarching architecture of Azure Virtual Desktop, you continue with the implementation and integration of it's major components.

In this third course out of six, Azure Virtual Desktop: Implement an AVD Infrastructure, you begin with the deployment of Host Pools and Session Hosts into your Azure subscription. Most environments, however, need more than the basic images available in the Azure Marketplace. Next, you'll continue with the creation and management processes in customizing those session host images. Then, you'll shift gears and discuss the implementation and management tasks for storage in AVD. Finally, you'll dig deeply into AVD's networking, including a look at Microsoft's recommended Hub-and-Spoke design pattern along with the implementation of Azure Firewall. When you're finished with this course, you'll have a better understanding of implementing a AVD infrastructure.
