    Description

This course covers AWS Amplify, a set of tools and services that will enable you to build secure, scalable full stack Vue apps, powered by AWS.

I’ll show you how easy it is to build great Vue apps implementing industry standard authentication, secure api’s, both REST and GraphQl, cloud storage in S3 buckets and data saved in a NoSql DynamoDb table. You’ll also learn how to use Amplify DataStore to store data locally and sync with the cloud if you so wish.

This course is meant for anyone wishing to leverage the power of AWS Amplify in their Vue apps. I’ll introduce you to AWS Amplify and the following categories, or libraries:

    • Amplify Authentication

    • Amplify Api, both GraphQl and REST

    • Amplify Storage

    • Amplify DataStore

I’ll then show you how to install these amplify categories in your Vue apps and how to use them by working through practical examples.

When you have completed this course, you will have a solid foundation in working with amplify and Vue and will feel confident to work with the amplify categories covered.

    Who this course is for:

    • Beginner and intermediary Vue app developers

I started out as an Android app developer and ended up as a lover of AWS and Vue.I find the rapid progress made in app development just mind-blowing and now AWS Amplify has taken that to a new level. Amplify has relieved developers of boring, time-consuming boilerplate code, has reduced development time and made it an absolute joy to develop powerful apps with a cloud back-end. Throw Vue into the mix and you have a winning team. It’s my passion to now share that with you!So whether it’s Android or Vue, Amplify has you covered.
