Pierre Pureur

Pierre is a hands-on software architect, with extensive innovation and application development experience, vast exposure to the financial services industry, broad consulting experience and comprehensive technology infrastructure knowledge. He is a forward thinker who also understands the realities of a company’s operating environment. He is also a technology expert with a broad knowledge base, as well as a leader who can deliver, execute and work with a variety of constituents. His responsibilities have encompassed all phases of large-scale application and technology rollout, including strategic planning, architecture, design, development and deployment. His background includes managing large-scale concurrent application development projects, leading innovation initiatives, developing strategies and business plans, identifying future business user demands, budgeting, resource management plans, vendor management plans, financial control and regulatory compliance. He possesses executive level presence, including superior leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. He is skilled in managing, coaching and mentoring multiple teams. He proactively builds productive relationships with both business management and executive management. He is a published author. Co-author of “Continuous Architecture” (published by Morgan Kaufman in September 2015). Currently working on a new book called “Continuous Architecture In Practice” to be published by Addison Wesley early 2021. Published numerous articles and presented at several software architecture conferences, including SEI SATURN.
