Oana Velcu-Laitinen holds a PhD in Economics from the Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki, Finland. In 2016, she disrupted her academic career to become a knowledge solopreneur. Oana is trained as a NeuroLeadership coach and trainer. She crafts training packages with a focus on creative thinking and emotional competence to enhance work performance.
