Jennifer Reed is Microsoft Certified Professional in Office 365 Administration and founder of Cloud611, an IT services company whose mission is to help SMBs take advantage of cloud technologies. As a solutions architect and consultant, she has helped migrate thousands of users to Office 365. She currently manages a team of solutions architects focused on helping relieve the pressures on IT departments as they adapt to the evolving technological innovations and the current cybersecurity landscape.Jenn holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and has for many years provided consulting services on cloud technology solutions, creative communications, web design and development, and business management. She is equally comfortable in the technical and non-technical worlds with a knack for articulating highly technical concepts into layman’s language and vice versa. Jenn is the co-author of Office 365 for Dummies, now in its third edition. She is also the author of Office 365 for Higher Education (textbook for a community college) and Microsoft 365 Business for Admins for Dummies.
