Jamie Riedesel

Jamie Riedesel has been working in the operations and DevOps space since a fortunate case of mononucleosis in 1997 got her off of Help Desk. After spending 14 years in business IT systems administration, she made the jump to running distributed systems in public clouds and undergoing a decade-long DevOps transformation of her own. She has been speaking on topics ranging from accommodating workplace trauma to monitoring system theory. As of 2020 she is a Staff Engineer with Dropbox in their HelloSign product.
