Carl has over 20 years of information technology industry experience, as a program manager at Google, an IT executive at IBM, and an advisor to Fortune 500 companies. Earlier in his career he focused on growing IBM’s cloud business and was recognized for helping it to reach over 1 million registered users. He led projects, programs, and practices across United States and Europe, including in the areas of machine learning, computational natural language processing, cloud computing, big data, and service-oriented architecture.
