Brenden Sewell

Brenden Sewell is a game designer with over a decade of experience leading teams in the development of compelling interactive experiences that entertain and inspire. He is currently serving as the Design Manager for the Hearthstone team at Blizzard Entertainment. Prior to joining Blizzard, he served as a design lead at Boss Fight Entertainment, building a Live Ops team for the mobile RPG Kingdom Boss. Before Boss Fight, Brenden spent 7 years at E-Line Media, serving as the Creative Director of their commercial studio. There he worked alongside a diverse set of partners, including the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, National Science Foundation, Endless Network, British Broadcasting Company, and the Cook Inlet Tribal Council to design and create games that bridged the intersection of entertainment and social impact.Outside of the game industry, Brenden's activities include political activism and making things through digital fabrication.
