Presently Anatoly Belous ranks as Deputy CEO of «INTEGRAL» Holding (Minsk, the Republic of Belarus), he also chairs the Supervisory Board of the electronic company «ELEKTROMODUL» (Molodechno, Belarus).Anatoly Belous graduated from the Minsk Radio – Technical University, with a specialty in Electronic Engineering in 1973. At the same time at the military faculty of this University he was promoted to the officer rank of the first lieutenant, Engineering Corps, with a diploma on operation of the military radar systems. From 1973 he started his professional activities in the Holding «INTEGRAL» (Minsk, Belarus), ascended through all steps of the professional promotion from the design engineer to Deputy CEO at «Integral». Holding «INTEGRAL» is one of the major electronic companies on the territory of the Eastern Europe, produces over 3000 types of the microelectronic items (integrated circuits, sensors, discrete semiconductor devices) for the radio-electronic systems of the commercial, military and space application, which are delivered to Russia, China, India, South Korea and other countries of the world.At the same time from 1995 till 2010 he held the position of the Professor of the engineering faculty of the Belarusian State Polytechnic Academy, where he delivered the courses of lectures on electronics.He is Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Belarus [https://nasb.gov.by/eng/members/chleny-korrespondenty/belous.php], Academician, Laureate of the State Award of the Republic of Belarus, Meritorious Inventor of the Republic of Belarus. He is also a member of the Editorial Boards of four science journals, Chairman of the State Experts Council of the Republic of Belarus on microwave electronics, photonics, micro- and nano-electronics, member of Expert Council of the Ministry of Industry. He is Deputy Chairman of the Program-Drafting Committee of two International Annual Conferences on Microelectronics.He spearheaded, as the Chief Design Engineer, over 50 projects on development of the innovative technologies and the electronic devices for the high reliability control systems for the spacecraft, for the successful completion of them he was of which he was awarded the state decorations of the USSR, Russia and Belarus.The main scientific papers of Professor Anatoly Belous can be regarded as related to the spheres of microelectronics, space electronics, radio location, informational technologies, microwave radio electronics and wireless communications, cyber weaponry and cyber security. He developed and implemented in practice the design techniques of the state of the art complex-functional high efficiency integrated circuits with the enhanced reliability and low power consumption, methods of designing the special purpose integrated circuits for radars, for the on-board electronic control systems of the space satellites, ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, including the methods of designing the integrated circuits, resistant to influence of radiation. He probed deep into the physical mechanisms of the space radiation effects, those of space dust and the extreme temperatures on the integrated circuits and the semiconductor devices, intended for operation in the environment of the near and far space. He has created a complex of the theoretical and practical methods of designing the basic elements of the telecommunications devices, a distinguishing feature of which being the super-rapid rate of the data processing, the methods of designing the systems of the digital processing the radiolocation signals on the basis of the microprocessor kits.Under his investigations were the physical mechanisms and operational algorisms, software breakthroughs, activation mechanisms, ways and means of implementation into the systems of the commercial and military purpose the software and hardware Trojans, as well as the high efficiency methods of safeguarding from them.He is the author of well over 400 scientific papers (https://e-catalog.nlb.by/Author/Home?author=%D0%91%D0%B5%D0%BB%D0%BE%D1%83%D1%81%2C+%D0%90.+%D0%98.&type=Author&page=2), including 35 monographs (https://litportal.ru/avtory/anatoliy-belous/), in excess of 140 patents on his inventions.
