    Instructor's Courses
Hi there, this is Mustafa. I have 11+ years of experience gained in oil refinery. It consists of several departments. Initially, i started at operations department in Vacuum Distillation Unit of lube oil complex, followed by Process Department. During these 5 years, i had hands on experience on the field, and managed to initiate and implement award winning heat integration projects. It is followed by  repositioning at Planning Department as Linear Programs Engineer where i was  responsible for rebuilding LP model of entire refinery. Duing seven years at this position, i worked closely with all the process engineers focusing each process unit as a team to deeply analyse comprehensively in order to improve the LP model of each.
Students take courses primarily to improve job-related skills. Some courses generate credit toward technical certification. Udemy has made a special effort to attract corporate trainers seeking to create coursework for employees of their company.
