    Description

Hello, and welcome to Architectural English with Career Up English. Where you level up your career by learning English that is specific to your profession.

Are you tired of learning basic business English? Do you need something more specific and targeted towards your career? Well, here at Career Up English we do just that. My name is Matthew and I've been an ESL teacher for over a decade. I became tired of simply teaching the English language and I have decided to create my own curriculums that are specific to different professions. I have a degree in architecture and I bring a unique perspective to ESL with all my experiences as a professional designer. This is my first course, ESL for architecture, but many more will follow.

In this course we will talk about architectural vocabulary, styles, building materials, interior design, construction documents, drawings, elevations, floor plans, sustainable architecture and much more. We will have vocabulary matching, fill in the blank, conversations, sentence buildings, grammar practice and more.

My goal is to create an entire catalogue of ESL courses for specific professions. Everything from architecture to photography to engineering to sports to business to food to travel and so much more! With your help, comments, and subscriptions, we can make that happen. Stop in and let me know what your career is and if you'd like me to make an ESL course for it!

    Let's level up your career!

    Who this course is for:

    • Non-native English speakers and anyone who wants to learn more about architecture in the English language!
