    Agile project teams use a technique called user stories for their requirements and planning their work. In this course, follow along with agile expert Joshua Barnes as he teaches how to write and prioritize user stories, showing you how a backlog of stories is created, sized, prioritized, and utilized in planning. He also covers using a Kanban board to execute the plan and make the work visible. Additionally, learn how to avoid common mistakes when planning agile projects.
